Shipping Policy
When can I expect to receive my package? Plus

All nails are made to order. Processing time for crafting the nails can take up to 3 business days (holidays excluded).

For US customers, standard shipping takes 3-6 business days; express shipping takes 1-3 business days. All packages are shipped through USPS.

For international customers, standard shipping takes 10-17 business days. All packages are shipped through DHL.

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, and Australia.
Do you offer expedited shipping? Plus

Expedited shipping is available for US customers only through the "express" option at checkout.

(Apologies to international customers. We stopped offering international express because DHL has been very inconsistent)
Return Policy
Do you accept returns? Plus

We do not accept returns on used products. We do accept returns and exchanges on unused products. We are happy to exchange sizes.
