Shipping & Returns
When can I expect to receive my package? Plus

For nails that can be "ADD TO CART", processing time is between 1-3 business days (holidays and weekends excluded). Shipping is 3-5 business days for U.S. domestic orders, and 3-7 business days for worldwide shipping.

For nails whose buttons show "PRE-ORDER", these nails are not readily in stock and are handmade to order. In this case, processing time is between 3-7 business days depending demand. Shipping is 3-5 business days for U.S. domestic orders, and 3-7 business days for worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship? Plus

We ship both domestically within the United States and worldwide. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Meaning if an order shows a confirmed delivery to the correct address, we will not offer a refund.

Do you offer expedited or priority shipping? Plus

At this time, we do not offer upgrades on faster shipment options. Our only shipment options are standard shipping (3-5 business days for U.S.; 3-7 business days for international).

Do you accept returns? Plus

We do not accept returns when the nails have been used, because of sanitary issues.

However, we will make exceptions for nails that are unused depending on a case by case basis. Email us at customer@clawsinstantnails.com to start a return.

Orders
Can I orders be canceled? Plus

Orders can be canceled or modified before we mark it as shipped. We will try our best to accommodate your wishes regarding changing or canceling your order. Email us at customer@clawsinstantnails.com to cancel or change an order.
